5-June-16 If I had a lot of fans who read this site I'm sure they would ask me one of two questions. The first questions is are you nuts for all the time you spend on boats that seem to cause so much trouble, and where have you been for the last 10 years. For the first question I must be nuts. I construct a boat with a great deal of cursing and swearing. I fuss and work to make it do things a commercial boat does when you purchase it and then sell it and start the whole process over again. Yes I must be. As far as the second question. I bought a commercial sail boat. A Edel 540. Not being homebuilt I did not enter anthing about it on this site. Unfortunately a 18 foot sail boat is not a really safe place for a poor sailer in the north atlantic. I ended up hardly ever using it. It's been sold and I plan on getting a small boat I can trailer around to the ponds and lakes here in Newfoundland.
So here we are at are you nuts. YES. I have purchaes plans for Stephonson Projects Triad. It is a 12ft multipurpose boat capable of being rowed, motored, or sailed. My glutton for punishment gene has kicked in, and Original Squirt hensefoth to be called Jeanette is going to help me build and sail her.
As we go through construction I will update this site the same as for the Little Squirt Too.
